Standard Cancellation Policy
The Foley House Inn requires a one night deposit to guarantee a reservation at the time of booking. Deposits may be charged anytime prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits will be refunded, less 25 dollars, only if the reservation is canceled no later 72 hours (3 days) prior to 3:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date. (St Patrick’s Day reservations require a 30 day cancellation notice. Group reservations of 3 or more rooms require a 30 day cancellation notice.) Reservations canceled with less than 3 or 30 days notice will forfeit their deposit. No-Show reservations will be charged 100% of the reservation’s cost. Reservations made with Foley House Inn gift certificates that are canceled with less then 3 days notice will forfeit the value equal to one nights stay of the reservation from the gift certificate excluding tax.
After check-in, any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a charge for the full stay. Any No-Show reservations will not be issued a credit and 100% of the cost of the reservation will be forfeited. Please be aware that anyone attempting to modify his or her reservation by making it shorter or by moving it to another date within the 3-day cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.
Non-Refundable Reservation Policy
A nonrefundable reservation will be charged 100% of the cost of the reservation within 24 hours of booking. Any reservation that is booked as a “non-refundable reservation” is NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. No changes to the reservation will be allowed. There is no event or situation, either man made or act of God, that will result in any refund or change whatsoever. There will be no exceptions to this policy. If you are reading this because you have booked a non-refundable reservation and are interested in getting a refund, please be aware that this policy applies to you. Yes YOU! Regardless of your situation, if you have booked a non-refundable reservation, it will not be refunded or changed.
Reservations Booked on 3rd Party Sites such as Booking.com, Expedia.com or any others
Any reservation booked on a third-party site such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, or any others is subject to that sites cancellation policy. The Foley House Inn cannot cancel or modify a reservation that is booked on a third-party site. You must go to the site where you booked the reservation to make any cancellations or changes. The Foley house inn will follow that sites cancellation policy 100% of the time for said reservation. There will be no exceptions to this for any reason whatsoever.
